Mekakucity Actors isn’t a stand alone adaption to Kagerou Project. In fact its an extension of the project as a whole. The light novels, music videos, and manga all take different routes to the story. The story itself has many routes and endings. This is why i advised people to watch the mv’s first than the anime and if u haven’t read the LN u should read it once the anime finishes.
