In this video, we're gonna get together and learn how to paint simple, glass ornaments with a Christmas light bokeh background. I'm also going to take you through my process of developing a painting. This is a good lesson for beginners on up! I’m painting on a 12x16-inch stretched canvas, but you can paint on any type and size of canvas you like. I used: • A 1-inch flat brush • A 1/4-inch filbert brush • A small round detail brush • A watercolor pencil • Royalty-free images from GraphicStock I’m using Liquitex Basics acrylic paint in the following colors: • Mars Black • Titanium White • Phthalocyanine Blue • Dioxazine Purple • Transparent Mixing White (Liquitex Heavy Body [optional]) • Matte Medium (optional) • Gloss Medium (or Glazing Medium) But you can use any colors you like. Here's a list of the images I refrenced from GraphicStock: Check out my Patreon page! Become a patron and get some awesome rewards.
