Kate Smith: Climb Ev'ry Mountain

Kate gives a marvelous rendition of a classic Rodgers and Hammerstein song from The Sound of Music. Did you know that Kate was considered for the part of Mother Abbess in the film version? Peggy Wood won the role, however, and made it her own. It's a treat to see and hear Kate's version, a tantalizing glimpse of what she might have done with the role.
