Hello friends, I wanted to share another great cooking with all of you. the process of making the turkey was long but the results were super tasty. I started 2 days before Thanksgiving Day. I did brining for one day, and second day I seasoned it, left it overnight. Next day I smoked it and cooked it on the rotisserie for about 4 hours. I used my own creative way of seasoning, I used plain yogurt, salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, fresh thyme, oregano, and about ten cloves of fresh garlic pressed. For 15lb turkey I used about 2-3 teaspoon of each seasoning. For mashed potatoes, I added one full cup of milk, salt, pepper, cream cheese, butter, and pressed it as much as possible until it was very creamy. Then I used my glass pot added all the mashed potatoes in there and added fried crispy bacon mixed with crushed croutons and baked it in the oven for about 10 min on 350F. We had a great Thanksgiving, my family and friends really love
