Recipe for harvesting tomatoes in their own juice. Pour boiling water over small tomatoes and remove the skin. Arrange in sterilized jars, pour hot tomato juice. Tomato juice: for 5-6 liters of tomato juice, add 3 tbsp. salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar. Adjust salt and sugar to your liking. Sterilize 15 minutes after boiling. Roll up the jars, turn over, cover with a blanket and leave to cool completely. Such tomatoes can be made completely without sugar with a minimum amount of salt. You will get tomatoes that can be used as a base for any sauce, both for pizza and for meat or pasta. Just add spices to taste. #conservation #food #nature
