Wonderful Airship AKA Wonderful 500,000 Airship Or New Airship (1920)

Airship under construction is sold to the United States of America, Bedford, Bedfordshire. Full Titles read: “WONDERFUL �500,000 AIRSHIP. The under construction is sold to the American Gov’t and will be delivered by air.“ Nice L/S of a large hangar inside we can see the framework (it looks like it has been constructed from giant matches!) of the the airship under construction. The true enormity of the construction can be seen when a man walks on screen from the right and walks past the structure. L/S from inside the hangar looking out. We can see straight down the middle of framework. A closer look reveals that there is a hive of activity of people working. One worker is climbing precariously up a rope in the middle of the structure. While others can be seen working high up supported by ropes and wooden planks. M/S of officials (two are wearing uniform while the other wears an overcoat) walking around the bottom of the hangar. They chat and inspect the proceedings. Note: There is Safety
