Double Sticks Challenge drill 8 We're working on the Villabrille 8 Count drill from the Villabrille System of Kali. This is a great drill for introducing the idea of Asymmetrical striking on the double sticks. This series of training videos will lead up to the 2023 Double Stick Carranza Showdown which will allow you to enter for a chance to win some great Kali Center prizes!
