London. Several shots show a mews with several horse stables; we see a man riding into a pub called The Mitre on a white horse. Inside the pub the man drinks half a pint and the horse drinks beer from a bucket at the bar. The man rides out of the pub and off down the mews. A girl, Glo Macari, picks a little white mouse up from a patch of straw; Glo is sitting on a haystack with several other mice crawling all over her. She then breaks into song, singing 'Dancing in the Street', whilst jigging about in her jeans and checked shirt. The mice are in her hair, on her legs, hanging on her belt - most peculiar! Two traffic wardens wander down the street and stop to watch Glo. Two old men are about to go into the pub when they spot Glo and her squeaky friends; they think better of it and run off.
