rejection is embarrassing || Oxford Rejection Q&A

I didn't have enough time to answer the Instagram questions in yesterday's video so I decided to do a quick Q&A. I hope this video is helpful :) I know that lost of people have also been saying that I have spoken too much about this, but I wanted to just properly address and talk about it.
