Want improve your footwork speed and build upper body and lower body co-ordination? Try out these simple SAQ (speed, agility and quickness drills) or low level plyometric drills. Make sure that you warm up and that you your calves and ankles can take all the bouncing. I usually recommend 2-3 minute rounds with a 30 second to 1 minute rest.
