this one is HARD! ♥︎ Not the usual ab workout with 100 crunches, jack knifes & leg lifts. This one is EXPERT LEVEL! / Werbung 8min sound like nothing - until you try this workout haha :D What makes it special? ▸ Expert Level exercises, that require a high level of overall core strength ▸ Trains stability, for a stable trunk. This helps to look „tighter“ overall ▸ Lots of coordination - don’t fall :D ▸ Trains side, upper & lower abs and your lower back ▸ I don’t feel my abs „burning“ like in the 10min Abs or 10min Killer Sixpack, but the workout is still SUPER challenging. You will feel it afterwards! 100% suitable for men as well! PS: The Up & Down Mountain Climbers get easier over time! And at one point I would even call them „fun“ :D __ No Equipment necessary, no breaks and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!
