In this modern world we are more interconnected than ever before, yet people seem to be more lonely than they were in the past. Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche addresses this problem through a buddhist lens by asking the questions, “Who is lonely?” and “What is loneliness?” This leads to an analysis of the nature of the self, and the subjectivity of our perceptions. Finally, practical suggestions are made for how we can liberate ourselves from loneliness. For comments, please visit: For more information, please visit our website:
