Needle Turned Applique and Combination Stitches

This week I’m starting with fabric. A simple appliqued leaf with an overlay of lace and stitching. Plus how to get the best results from stitching Needle Turned Applique. For the third leaf this week I’m stitching a combination of stitches. Putting together chain stitch with French knots makes an easy and lovely stitch, especially in the variegated perle cotton.
