Five Palestinians have been killed, including a Qassam Brigades commander, Haitham Balidi (25), and a Quds Brigades commander, Abdul Jabbar Al-Sabbagh “Al-Dahrouki“, in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a vehicle in Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank.
