TTS Chat Bot for Twitch using AI Technology (Alt Method)

EDIT: When adding the TTS Overlay, I forgot to mention that you need to check the “Control Audio in OBS“ box in order for this to work. If you're having sound issues after this, right click the Audio Mixer, go to Advanced Audio Properties, find TTS Overlay and under Audio Monitoring select Monitor Only if you can't hear it but chat can, or select Monitor and Output if neither of you can hear it. I did my best to make this tutorial as easy to follow as possible!
