Hello everyone, today I will share with you a recipe for delicious, homemade baklava. ▪️Ingredients for the dough: Flour - 350 g Butter - 200 g (cold) Sour cream - 200 g Yolks - 4 (you can add 3 pieces, leaving one for greasing the baklava) Salt - 0.3 tsp 🔸I don’t add baking powder to the dough, but if you wish, you can add 0.5 tsp of baking powder. 🔸 Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, 🔸 Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. ▪️Ingredients for filling: Egg whites - 150 g (from 5 medium eggs) Sugar - 300 g Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp Walnuts - 400 g (roasted) ▪️Yolks - 1 or 2 pcs for greasing baklava. ▪️Walnuts for decoration ▪️Honey 3 tsp 🔸Baklava is baked at 180° until it has a beautiful golden color. ≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡≡
