It looks as a quite place, but it’s not so calm because of the Thai neighborhood which is often irrespective. Rooms aren’t sound proof even though they are each separated. I’ve noticed a guest couple to take the cheapest room for few hours, which is not a good score for the reputation of the place, to me. My room, 600 baht, was cheap and I should not complain about it, but there are some severe stability issues in it due to the tree roots nearby. Air-conditioner was bad working, very noisy. Staff has been super kind and efficient. Room are cleaned deeply, I’ve observed that. For an overnight it’s good.
