West divided over allowing Ukraine to strike Russia with its weapons

Politicians in the West are split over allowing Kiev to strike territories outside the battlefield. The EU’s Foreign Policy chief Borrell says some of the bloc’s members want Ukraine to start hitting Russia with weapons they’ve sent, while admitting that a number of European countries oppose the move.
