Надо отметить, что колесная база у обоих вариантов одинакова и составляет 2540 мм.Кузов закреплен на прочной практически «вечной» раме. Пружинная подвеска передних и задних колес выполнена по традиционной для внеждорожников схеме. Это не разрезные балки мостов, закрепленные на рычагах.
