How to make Bulgogi easily at home. Recipe below. This is my No.1 recipe for many years so hope you try it. I share best beef cuts for bulgogi and also how to slice cuts at home. I used flank steak in the video and sorry, I think I made a mistake and said it's strip steak! Also, I used yellow kiwi in the video but please note, you should use Green Kiwi for maximum tenderizing effect. Yellow kiwi still works ok for me but it's not as powerful as green. Ingredients and amounts are written below - FAQs - TENERDIZERS - Substitute grated onion for asian pear or green kiwi. If the meat is tough, add just a splash of diet coke which will tenderize almost instantly so add just a little. WINE - Substitute white wine/sherry/sake for rice wine. If can't consume alcohol, use grape juice and water (2 to 1) for similar amount.
