Most dolls are SL8, though I've brought some of the important ones (e.g., STAR, Grape, M200) to SL10. DP-12 is only SL6, and Lewis SL5. 49 armor is the big target, as that will reduce all Dragoon damage to 1. It's much less practical to stack to the level of the SWAP Jaegers, but that's what HOCs are for. My setup gets 50 armor without talent, so the talent/active skill aren't necessary.
