I continue to represent my students. One of my older students is an athlete of the team @soyuz_tkd27 ,bronze medalist of the Russian championship, blue belt @chupovskiiigor . It was not easy, but he did it. The training program was specially prepared for students. It turned out as planned and even a little more. The athlete is pleased with the workout.
