Rep. Jamie Raskin said that should Trump prevail in the election that they will kick it back to Congress and find a way to disqualify him via the 14th Amendment on January 6, 2025. They tried to impeach him TWICE. They tried to bankrupt him. They tried to KILL him. They are actively trying to put him in prison. Now, if he wins in November, they will try to DISQUALIFY him from taking office via the 14th Amendment.
