What's up everyone? In this adventure we take the boat to Passage Key aka Naked Island and bring you with us! Passage Key, also known as Naked Island, is situated about a mile from the Skyway Bridge, just off Anna Maria Island. This small sand island, once submerged at high tide, has recently transformed into a picturesque, exposed sand island with some new vegetation. The island remains a favorite spot for boaters who prefer a clothing-optional environment, hence its nickname, Naked Island. Visitors are required to stay off the sand island itself and remain in at least ankle-deep water. Typically, people anchor their boats and socialize in knee to waist-deep water. On weekends, it's common to see over 100 boats gathered.
