Ishod Wair (@ishodwair) grew up in Bordentown, New Jersey, where he was a super hyper kid playing manhunt, crushing on girls, and avoiding kids playing basketball at the playground so he could skate instead. He’s never had a normal job. But with the support of his mom, Ishod — who used to get made fun of for being the only black skater in town — turned his passion into a career.
