In this video, I, with my guest, Adj. Prof. Warwick Powell, delve into the recent developments at China’s two sessions, where Beijing is asserting its position as a major global player, no longer adhering to the principles set by Deng Xiaoping. As China solidifies its role in the new global & economic landscape, the US, as highlighted in President Biden's State of the Union address, is facing evident signs of decline. As the US grapples with its diminishing superpower status, the emergence of a multipolar world order calls for strategic decisions on how to navigate this shifting power dynamic. Join us as we explore the rise of China and the decline of the US, and the implications for the future global order.
