The bread is easy to make and very tasty. Calories: 250 Protein-12 Fat-20 Carbohydrates-3 Ingredients: - Flax seeds 90 g - Psyllium 20g. - Any sweetener (slightly) - Salt 1/3 tsp - Baking powder 7 g (or 7 g of soda tbsp of vinegar) - Eggs 2 pcs. (110 g.) - Black sesame paste 30g (tahini) - Hot water 90 g. - Sesame for sprinkling. If you like drier bread, then add 1 tsp. with a slide of coconut flour. Cooking method: 1. Mix all dry ingredients. 2. Add eggs, sesame paste and vinegar (if cooking with soda). Mix. 3. Add hot water. Stir until the dough thickens. It must keep its shape. 4. Form the bread with wet hands or put the dough into a baking dish (bread made without a baking dish on the cover). Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 5. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 50 minutes.
