💃🌎 In celebration of International Women’s Month, I’m sharing a song I wrote titled - You Own The World. I wrote it at a time when I used to encourage my mom and my sister on the phone almost daily when they were going through some rough times. I wanted them to feel appreciated and amazing and beautiful and confident. I let them know that who they were and what they had inside was more than enough to share with somebody worthy of loving them and that, THAT SOMEONE would be very grateful for them. ALL they needed to do was to believe it and to smile for themselves first and everything else good would follow. I felt it appropriate to share today in honor of all women. When these lyrics came to me, I felt it would benefit other women as well.
