Return of Reckoning is a continuation of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning with balance changes and additional content. Since the announcement that the official servers would be shut down on 18th December 2013, people started to archive data from the original game in the hope that the game could be restored. In Janurary 2014 work started on what would later become Return of Reckoning. On 10th June 2014 Return of Reckoning launched.
