Compare Gemini-7 (2 weeks in LEO) vs. Soyuz-9 (18 days in LEO) re-entry aftermath. Huge difference. Gemini 7. 2.5 cub.m inside volume for 2 mature men. 2 weeks in space. Soyuz 9. June 1-19, 1970. This is much more spacious space ship. Inside volume is 8.5 cub.m and they could exercise during the mission. Cosmonauts Andrian Nikolayev and Vitali Sevastyanov spent 18 days in zero-g. Not only could they walk, but after landing their health was so bad that they almost died. Nikolayev's health was very poor. After landing he passed out on a recovery airplane and medics had to perform resuscitation. Both were pale, and very weak. Sevastyanov slowly recovered, but in a year after that space mission Nikolayev had 2 heart attacks and never went to space again. Were Russian cosmonauts pussies compared to Americans counterparts? This is a REAL space mission! Where had Gemini astronauts been for 2 weeks? I doubt in space...
