Here you can take a closer look at the crochet stretchy I-cord element. To start the cord you have to chain 3, leaving the first chain on the hook, make 2 loops (1 loop in each chain starting from the second chain from the hook). After that, you follow the video illustration and take from the hook two loops, make a chain of 1 with the first loop, second, third, and take two loops from the hook again and repeat until the desired length. This crochet I-cord looks like the knitted one since you make chains in rounds to make it. The only trick is not to lose the loops and hold them tight with your fingers while you crochet.
