🇬🇧 In this video we show you how to change your fork oil on your Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 or Interceptor 650. We use a good quality synthetic Dexron ATF, this ATF has the equivilant specs to 10 weight fork oil except it's less than half the price and easy to find at any auto parts store! ATF is recommended by many motorcycle mechanics. If you are following our channel and thinking of also changing out your headlight bracket or installing different turn signals this video will give you an idea of how to disassemble your front end in order to do these upgrades. **As always with any of our videos do your own research and if in doubt about your skills take your motorcycle to your dealer for any service** Torque values-- Fork Brace--10nm or 7ft lbs Front wheel spindle nut--70nm or 52 ft lbs Triple clamp 20nm or 15 ft lbs Front spindle pinch bolt 25nm or 18 ft lbs Brake Caliper 45 nm or 33 ft lbs #RoyalEnfield #continentalgt650 #interceptor #motorcycles #
