Embracing freedom in Christ! Part Two “For freedom, Christ has set us free; stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.“ Galatians 5:1 What does it mean to “embrace freedom in Christ“? For many people, this phrase may bring to mind images of people breaking out of chains and escaping from prison. While this is one aspect of freedom, it is not the only one. True freedom in Christ is about so much more than being set free from the confines of this world. It is about being set free from the bondage of sin and experiencing God's amazing redemption plan, free to explore the world and live life to its fullest that comes with eternity's potential. When we accept Christ as our Savior, we are given freedom. We are free from the power of sin and death, and we are free to live a life that aligns with God's will.
