The ultimate do or die film. Had it flopped it had been film series over as they put everything they had into this film to be as commercial as possible. A rich western megalomaniac with his own army of mercenaries, seeks to start WW3 by putting West vs. East by hijacking their submarines. He wants to create a new world underseas. West and East unite to seek peace, not WW3. Sensational for its time as the Russian female spy is the first to get under his Action?! Nonstop! And the western agent is more cold blooded than ever. People also liked the friendly west/east message. It is not accidental why this is considered the best one in the series!
