I give COMPLETE TIPS you need for Succesful making Island cake with gelatin jelly. The recipe of the gelatin jelly is in the video. I made it for 15 cm cake pan, for a bigger cake pan you can make more of the jelly recipe like 1 and half or twice. Make it more better than less.. so you wont make it twice, just adjust to the recipe. For making the gelatin jelly, you will need a little of lemon juice, because gelatin is made from the skin or bones of animals so it smells fishy, and the lemon juice can remove the fishy odor from gelatin.
