King Abdullah II of Jordan and Queen Rania held a reception for the wedding of Crown Prince Hussein at the Husseiniya Palace in the capital Amman, attended by heads of state and crown princes, as well as guests from many countries. The wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Saudi Arabian bride Rajwa Al Seyf was held at the Zahran Palace in Amman. After the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom, who got into a 1984 model white Range Rover, one of the cars of former Jordanian King Hussein bin Talal, arrived at the Husseiniya Palace in the west of Amman, accompanied by the wedding convoy called the “Red Procession“. The “Red Regiment“, which is organised during national events, consists of 20 Land Rover vehicles and 10 motorcycles used by 71 members of the Royal Guard.
