In today’s video I’ll teach you 6 different solo drill movements that you can use while you’re stuck at home to develop your BJJ ability. The BJJ solo drills are centered around hip movement for guard passing and stem from 2 basic categories. 1st is the Back step. 2nd is the Hip Switch. Now keep in mind, some of the drills are very specific to BJJ while others aren’t. But keep in mind that BJJ is movement so if you make your movement ability better, then your BJJ will be better.
