3,230 homes in central Tokyo and Saitama are without power. According to Tepco Power Grid, as of 6:19 p.m., 3,230 homes in the Kanto region were without power, mainly in Tokyo and Saitama Prefecture. In Tokyo, there were about 1,430 units in Nerima Ward and about 420 units in Shibuya Ward, and in Saitama Prefecture, there were about 910 units in Yoshikawa City and about 470 units in Niiza City.
