(5) Basic Hsing-I knowledge (6) Training step of 5 Elements Fist (7) 5 Elements Fist instruction section by section & demonstrations. (8) Demonstration of combination of 5 Elements Fist & Linked Fist About the performer: DeMing Wang was direct inheritor of Pan, ZhiYuan. He also learned Hsing-I from Sun, ZhiJun. He is now the president of Beijing Chaoyang Junvenile Cocurricula Activities Center. He started learning martial arts from 9. He has excellent skills on Hua Fist, Cha Fist, Hsing-I, & Bagua. He won the championship of Bagua palm, Bagua Broadsword on 2004 National Traditional Wushu Festival.
