These fresh turmeric and ginger golden shots are a great immune boost, often they are strained but we left all the fibre goodness in which will help with the absorption of nutrients as well as filling you up! The ground black pepper and coconut oil is to help with the absorption of the curcumin in the turmeric 💥💥💥 2 oranges 2 lemons 100g fresh ginger 35g fresh turmeric 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/8 tsp black pepper 400ml of water ½ tsp coconut oil Cut the turmeric and ginger into small pieces Peel your oranges and lemons. Add all of the ingredients into your blender. Pop the lid on and blend on high until super smooth. Typically this is sieved to give a super silky texture but in doing so you lose some of the goodness from the fibre so we have left ours as is. We stored ours in a 1L Jar in the fridge for 5 days and had a good shot of it each day. #shorts All the best, Dave & Steve.
