Kiev confirms F-16 crash and pilot death during Russian missile strike

The first F-16 supplied to Ukraine has gone down in flames. Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed that the 'game-changer' fighter jet was lost along with its pilot amid a massive Russian missile attack. While Kiev attributes the crash to pilot error, a Ukrainian MP suggested that friendly fire was responsible. We hear from retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski, who argues that Western military equipment cannot change the tide for Kiev.
