The Baker’s Coffee Shop, Nelson New Zealand Our signature bread is naturally fermented overnight, using no yeast, only rye and wheat-flour sourdough as a starter. The inspiration for this short film came from wanting to show you all the joy we feel baking for our customers and to celebrate The Baker’s Coffee Shop’s one year Birthday.
