Helicopter take off from Luka Airport. Lukla is the gateway to Mount Everest. There is no road, no car. A flight to Lukla is 25 minutes on a fixed-wing airplane or 40 mins by helicopter. After refueling the helicopter headed to Mt Everest, passing Namche Bazar, Syangboche airstrip, Khumjung, Everest View Hotel, Tengboche Monastery, Pheriche, Pangboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorakshep, Khumbu Icefall, Everest base camp and Kala Ptthar. Mount Everest is the one with the sharp peak with snow blowing at the top. We can go almost at 20,000 ft but Mt Everest stood really tall from where our helicopter flies. We can land at Kala Patthar, Everest Base camp, or goraksep. We can take photos and videos or just you can enjoy 360-degree mountain views and we can see the world’s highest glacier, Khumbu Glacier.
