How To Build Muscle Fast This is just my advice on what I believe to be the best way to build muscle as fast as possible. My recommended workout plan: 5 days per week. A split that looks like this: Day 1. Chest: Bench press Shoulder Press Incline dumbbell press (30 degrees) Tricep scull crushers with a Z bar or EZ bar or whatever you want to call it Tricep rope extensions (Could add in an extra shoulder exercise if you want) Day 2. Back: Deadlift Weighted pull ups (if you can, otherwise just bodyweight) Barbell Bent over rows Bar Curls either straight bar or Z/EZ bar Dumbbell concentration curls (Could add in a rear delt exercise if you want) Day 3. Legs: Squats Lunges (weighted if you can) Some hamstring curl Some leg extension Some calf raise And then just keep this as a rolling schedual so on day 4 you start back over with chest and so on.
