Full title missing. Armistice Day in Birmingham, West Midlands. M/S of group of dignitaries; ex-servicemen, representatives of police and fire service holding wreaths. Brief M/S of procession of dignitaries led by mayor of Birmingham. Few seconds spacing, story starts again 01:00:17. L/S of vast crowds surrounding large statue of Queen Victoria and a Union Jack flag. They are observing a minutes silence in memory of those who died in World War One. L/S of crowds outside Birmingham Town Hall, including troop of firemen. A party of dignitaries watch from balcony on Hall. A policemen in front of the Hall appears to faint, he is carried off by his colleagues. More shots dignitaries with wreaths.
