This Remix is based on 'Pungmulnori' and 'Menari scale' 'Pungmulnori' is Korean traditional percussion music for wishing good harvest and conducting in war. Most of the rhythms used in this remix are from Yeongnam region. And it has masculine, combative characteristics. I hope you can feel the strong energy of Yeongnam Pungmul with my remix. The melody used in this remix is called 'Menari scale', which is used in Eastern region in Korean Peninsula. You can listen with 'Hanobaengnyeon (Eastern Folk song)' part and 'Menari scale Taepyeongso melody' in this remix. It's similar to the Minor Pentatonic scale which is used in SVT's Super. So I thought it will be suitable with my remix. All of the melody instrument samples are downloaded from Check out the Traditional rhythms I've referenced!!
