[TEST DRIVE] Kia's K8 is all style, substance and lots of diamonds Kia's K8 is a beautifully designed car that has all the looks of a luxury sedan, minus the solid performance and soundproofing. The K8 midsize sedan replaces the K7, known as Cadenza in the world market. It launched in Korea this month and is already causing a stir, garnering 24,000 bookings in just 12 days during its pre-order period. Korea JoongAng Daily took the wheel of the K8 equipped with a gasoline engine to cover an 80-kilometer (50-mile) road to Namyangju, Gyeonggi.
