I am not a Cyclist (and most Dutch people aren't either)

I am not a “cyclist“, but I do ride a bicycle almost every day ... along with hundreds of other people who are also not “cyclists“. One thing I really appreciate about the Netherlands is that there is no sigma or group dynamics to riding a bicycle. There's no “bicycle culture“ in the Netherlands, just like there's no “shoe culture“ for people who walk where you live. It's just another option that you can use if it's more convenient (and it often is, due to properly designed road infrastructure). Patreon:
