🎯 Загружено автоматически через бота: 🛑 Оригинал: 📺 The Triple S League — @TheTripleSLeague 🎮 Игра: Celeste 📃 Оригинальное описание: A complete walkthrough of Chapter 8: Core of indie platformer Celeste from Matt Makes Games. Includes locations of all collectibles including the crystal heart (8:39 in video) and the B-Side unlock tape (8:17 in video). NOTES - Chapter 8 contains a total of 5 strawberries. - In this chapter, landing on ground does not reset your dash energy. Do to so, you must move to a different screen or collect a yellow diamond. (Essentially, you have two dashes per screen unless you can collect a diamond.) - Throughout the level, blue and red switches allow you to switch the world between an ice state and a fire state. This must be done (sometimes multiple times) to overcome certain obstacles. (Some switches only go one way.) - Several new mechanics come into play in this chapter. Each of these has two forms depending on what state the world is in (ice or fire): — Wall conveyors/ice walls: In fire form, these look like downward-angled spines moving up walls (don’t worry, they’re safe to touch). When you grab these, they will carry you up walls without requiring you to jump. In ice form, these become solid ice walls that cannot be climbed (although you can well-jump off them). — Fireballs/ice platforms: In fire form, avoid these or they’ll kill you. In ice form, you can safely bounce off the top of these (hold jump to get a higher bounce). The platform will crumble after you bounce on it. (Touching them anywhere else will kill you). — Floating platforms: These are red or blue platforms with glowing diamonds at their centers. In fire (red) form, they move when you hit them, absorbing your momentum, and then bounce back outward, flinging you away before crumbling away. Jumping at the right moment will help you get a good boost of momentum. It will always fling you directly away from the center of the block, and you can move adjust your position on the block to control your launch vector. In ice form, landing on these will cause them to simply sink downward and crumble away after a few seconds. (In both forms, the blocks will reform a few seconds after crumbling.) — Pinball bumpers: In ice form, these behave the same as in previous chapters. In fire form, they are scalding hot and cannot be touched. — Lava and ice barriers will block your path in one state but disappear in the other. — Rising lava/ice will kill you if it catches you. After you take a death, however, the lava/ice will not begin to rise until you begin moving, giving you a chance to plan ahead.
