Murders are common occurrences in El Salvador as violent street gangs operate there. For them, human life is worthless. The 'Comandos de Salvamento' helps the wounded during the shootings. That's what rescuers are called in the country. They travel to the most dangerous areas, where doctors and police are afraid to go.
